People are being warned to beware of contact from anyone claiming to work for the government, requesting an administration fee to access the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). These claims are false. There is no need for people to pay a fee to join the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

In early March 2012, over 120 researchers, drug developers, government officials, and clinicians came together in Washington, D.C., for three days of discussions focused on advancing drug discovery for ALS.
