12:00 am	MND NSW Otago Rail Trail Challenge Explore Queenstown and cycle 150kms along the iconic Otago Rail Trail in October 2022 while raising funds and awareness for MND NSW.
10:00 am	Walk to d'Feet MND - Northern Rivers Meldrum Park Teams made up of family, friends, colleagues and individuals, regardless of age or fitness levels Walk to raise funds and awareness for research and support for people living with motor neurone disease. Held in Meldrum Park in Ballina, the walk weaves its way along North Creek taking in the stunning views of The Serpentine, heading towards Shaws Bay and North Wall before returning to Meldrum Park.
