10:00 am	Western Sydney Support Group The Ponds Community Hub Western Sydney support group This is a group meeting for people who are supported by our MND Advisor Tara, that live in Western Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central and Western NSW.

10:00 am	Walk to d'Feet MND - Illawarra Bulli Surf Club Teams made up of family, friends, colleagues and individuals, regardless of age or fitness levels Walk to raise funds and awareness for research and support for people living with motor neurone disease. The Walk is approximately 5km and is wheelchair, stroller and dogs on lead friendly. Walk starts and finishes at Bulli Reserve, Trinity Row behind the Bulli Surf Club.
