10:00 am	Western Sydney Support Group The Ponds Community Hub Western Sydney support group This is a group meeting for people who are supported by our MND Advisor Tara, that live in Western Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central NSW and far Western NSW.

10:00 am	Cowra Big Freeze Charity Bowls Day & Auction Cowra Bowling Club Bowls Day and lunch including the Cowra Big Freeze and auctions of signed sporting items.
