Services available from MND NSW MND NSW services are available to people living in NSW, ACT and NT. These services include the MND Info Line, regional advisors, support groups, carer support, education and information sessions, information resources, equipment loan, membership and events.
Health services Health services are provided at your local hospital, community health centre, a healthcare provider's private rooms or sometimes, in your home. There are also several motor neurone disease specific clinics and programs of care available in New South Wales.
Community care Community care services are available to help maintain not only your quality of life at home, but also the quality of life of people caring for you, such as your partner, family and close friends.
Carer support Are you are carer of a person living with motor neurone disease? Carer support services are available for you to access.
Entitlements and benefits You may be eligible for financial assistance or benefits from government, semi-government or private organisations if you have motor neurone disease, or if you are caring for someone with motor neurone disease.
