Purpose

The purpose of the Motor Neurone Disease Association of New South Wales is given by the following Objects:

  • To provide benefits for and services to members of the Association with motor neurone disease, their families and carers without discrimination.

Advocacy

MND NSW advocates for change in many ways: on behalf of people with MND, their families and carers to service providers; for systemic change generally to government (state and federal) agencies and ministers; and for greater funding for services.

Membership

Membership of the Motor Neurone Disease Association of New South Wales (MND NSW) is free for people with motor neurone disease. If you do not have motor neurone disease you can join the Association by paying a small membership fee, renewable annually.
